We went up streets, and down roads. Across avenues, and over bridges. And after driving around for minutes, we finally found the place.
It was located on a little corner-shop, with some cute boutiques next door. I got out of the car, and walked over to the sign on the door, which read: CLOSED.
Great. Juuuuust great. We drove all over town, to find it closed. And not only was this bad, this was super bad.
Now, I'm not a procrastinator, but this was the last day to go get a fitting. And, since I didn't have school today, it made perfect sense to go on a day without school, instead of struggling to find time during the week.
So, since I have joined the play's Faceb*ok group, I decided to upload a little post of mine. Here is the post:
Post:
Me: Went to creatively yours today, and its CLOSED. So, now what!?!?! Comment(s):
Me: "By the way, called 3 times this weekend to schedule an appointment, would be nice if they would answer.Parent of kid: They are open these days and times, _______ ________
Drama teacher(!!!): You need to call to make an appointment.
Actress in the play: I called to, and they didn't answer. Can I go another day?"
Now, the fact that my teacher commented, was, in fact, the one comment I was nervous to see. I didn't know how she'd take it, or if she would just ignore it entirely. But, when she commented, I felt like she treated me like I was stupid. I put in the post, and I quote, "I called 3 times this weekend to make an appointment." And her comment? "you need to call to make an appointment." Um, hello, did I not just say that I called? Multiple times, in fact? Ugh, you know, I am not a little kid. Or stupid.
God Bless,
Love,
Aislinn
